Principal - Danniel D. Rodriguez, PhD, PMP
Dr. Rodriguez has a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He has 14-years of experience in transportation infrastructure research and development that spans across the DoD, academia, and industry. He has wide-ranging experience in performing project management, research and development (R&D) and technology, and is also proficient in conducting experimental and laboratory-based research of civil and military infrastructure applications. He was recently a Committee Member for the Department of Defense on the Tri-Service PCASE Committee, and was also a committee member on the United States Department of Defense Pavements Criteria Committee. Throughout his career, he has spent time as a CE faculty member at UTEP, a Research Civil Engineer for the United States Army Corps of Engineers: Airfields and Pavements Branch, and senior civil engineer in the private sector.
He resides in El Paso, Texas where his hobbies include hiking, latin dance, and serving in his community parish.

Principal - Ricardo Rodriguez, BSCS, MBA
Ricardo Rodriguez is a Software Engineer and MBA. He obtained his degrees from The University of Texas at El Paso. He possesses 20-years of experience as a Software Engineer; including as a Software Development Manager and Project Manager in the areas of client server and legacy systems software development, integration, and customs brokerage systems. He has worked with cross-functional teams to provide support, expertise, consultation and solutions to significant and high-volume customers, such as Apple, Lear, Spring Window Fashions, Toro and others.
He has also been responsible for the development and support teams for various North American brokerage applications. Throughout his career he has worked as a software developer and Applications Development Manager for UPS Supply Chain Solutions and within the defense industry-ACS Government Solutions Group.
He resides in El Paso, Texas and enjoys world travel, competitive tennis, and community service work.
